His career has taken him across the full insurance spectrum, from Loss Adjuster, State Claims Manager, Commercial Underwriter, Business Development Manager, and Insurance Broker. This gives him a rare, 360-degree understanding of how insurance really works, and more importantly, how it can go wrong when programs aren’t structured properly.
This extensive background fuels Phil’s passion for ensuring clients receive their full entitlements, especially in a market that has become increasingly complex and, at times, combative. When insurers behave fairly, Phil supports them. When they don’t, he steps forward with precision, strength, and unwavering advocacy – qualities symbolised in the tiger that now represents the brand.
